How To Use Alkaline Water (ORP drinking water)

Drink a 16.9oz bottle 3 times a day. But you can drink more according to your physiological need. You can also use ORP water to cook rice and noodles. However, as a general rule and for optimal hydration, drink half of your body weight in ounces daily- more if you exercise.

How To Use Acidic Water

Acidic water is another product of ORP water, which has a positive charge. It cannot be used for drinking.

This water can be used as a disinfectant and sterilizing agent, i.e. for mouth sores, acne, dry rough skin, athlete’s foot, and insect bites, to name but a few.
