What does pH mean?

in China. This village is called Bapan Village,
Bama county, in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. Bapan Village
is situated near a mountain, close to the Panyan river, and
is pollution free. There are 98 families that live there.
The population is 490 people. There are 7 people ages
100-105. 12 people are 90-99 years old. Two elderly
ladies, one named Weima Meibao, another named Wei Baquing
are both 104 years old . The women live a short distance apart
and walk to visit one another every morning. The water
that they drink is natural, non-polluted alkaline water,
